We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to an exciting opportunity with our client in in the electronics industry (In Denmark). This is a consultancy opportunity, starting ASAP with a 2-year contract with the possibility for an extension.

As a Supply Chain Management Coordinator you will lead the coordination activities needed in planning the product supply from factories to the Norwegian market. You will work with demand forecasting, securing product allocation and timely purchasing, and be in charge of information sharing between the local office and the Nordic headquarters in Sweden in order to give the best support to Sales for maximized operational efficiency.
As an SCM Coordinator you will:
- Monitor and analyze sales forecasts, sales progress, and sales accuracy
- Input and update demand forecasts
- Manage country, account, and product level WOS (Week of Stock) and keep healthy WOS.
- Provide supply information internally to the Sales team
- Keep track of new model introduction schedule and channel model selection
- Follow up the product lifecycle process in cooperation with product managers
- Develop and review reports for the local office, Nordic SCM operations and the Korean HQ (e.g. sales forecasts and inventory status, weekly sales discrepancy, demand change overviews)
- Hold weekly SCM meeting and guide sales team by providing analysis and guidance.
- Monitor production/shipment status and take proper actions to solve issues
- Manage and analyze financial planning vs target and guide sales team.
- Analyze the reasons for low forecast accuracy and devise suggestions and actions for improvement in cooperation with the Sales team
- Monitor and coordinate for aging stock clearance
- Monitor Stock out risk and solve stock out issues in cooperation with SCM team.
- Monitor order placement in accordance with the sales plan in cooperation with order team.
- Monitor weekly outbound progress in cooperation with logistics team and report if sales failure happens.
Suitable background:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience within SCM, logistics and/or educational background in business, logistics, SCM or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English and Danish/Norweigan – both spoken and written. Proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills
- In this role, it is important that you are structured, analytical and attentive to deadlines.
- Additionally, that you have the ability to communicate and make presentations.
