Main job tasks

As a valuable team member, you will provide technical support and assistance to your colleagues, offering guidance and expertise whenever needed for project tasks. Additionally, you will assist the Head of the department in monitoring team performance, ensuring that objectives are met effectively. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the onboarding process and screening potential new employees, contributing to the growth and success of the team. Your key duties will include:

  • You will be responsible for managing and supporting a team to achieve their goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure consistent technical solutions across our project portfolio (consisting of 7-9 projects) to promote coherence and efficiency.
  • Provide support to the Product Line (Engineering Innovation Team) in evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of new working methodologies. Offer valuable insights and information regarding areas that require improvement to drive continuous enhancement
  • Broad technical experience within Low Voltage systems including Switchboards, UPS/DC systems, Lighting, Earthing/Bonding, lightning, cables, heat tracing.
  • Responsible for developing and keeping our technical requirements and specifications up to date with inputs from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help shaping our culture within the team and organization.
  • Provide assistance in projects where it is required.
  • Offer support in recruitment activities.

 

Qualification / Experience

  • You have a degree/graduation within electrical scope of work.
  • You have insight and experience with Low Voltage systems and are familiar with industry design standards.
  • You have prior experience as a leader, and while you still value technical expertise, you have a passion for developing people.
  • You have high standards and are eager for sharing your knowledge with the project team and department.
  • You have good communication and problem-solving skills; you can delegate effectively and work best from a calm profile and structured overview.

We expect you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as we work internationally.

The Practical stuff:
You have the freedom to choose whether you want to work from our offices in Gdynia, Poland or Copenhagen and Esbjerg in Denmark. As part of this job, you may be required to travel up to 30 days a year. Additionally, you may have the option to work from home on certain days during the month.
